My sister booked an appointment, but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances She had to Cancel. The Rudeness she received when trying to cancel and rearrange was unbelievable. I was sat beside her and was horrified when she was told to NEVER book an apportionment, or return back to the shop, She has used this busines before many times. She was very upset by the way she was treated And I am also upset by the way they conducted their business with my sister and made her feel bad. DISGRACEFUL!
