Great experience. The guy who was there was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable giving me advice on the problem I've been having with my bike, even giving me some washers free so I can try and resolve the problem myself. He said if I had no joy just bring the bike in and he would have a look at it, and although he was very busy repairing a bike at the time of my visit stopped to have a friendly chat. I would recommend this shop over the other bike shops in the town who don't know what customer service is! This is definitely my go-to shop now for anything bike related. I would highly recommend a visit.
