Booked a van online. Money taken out of my account immediately then they phone up at last minute to cancel it because despite living in the same house for 25 years, being on voting list and being able to provide paper proof of bills, driving license and car registration at this address, their computer said no. They had even rented us a car previously but now I don't exist on their checks. Money to be refunded in 3 to 5 days despite being taken out immediately. Very disappointed in them.

Smooth as silk collecting and dropping the car back.Only slight criticism is that I had to wait quite a while in an empty reception area until a member of staff came through, bothevwhen collecting and dropping off the car.
It wasn't the car I asked for. And staff did not turn up to collect me on time stated. They tried to charge me twice for extras that I had already paid for online. If I didn't have the prof of purchase by email on my phone to show them I would have to have paid twice. Not on my computer is all that she kept saying untill I showed email.
