Unhelpful unfriendly and downright rude staff particularly one vertebrate wearing glasses. Experience in this store has prompted me never to buy from argos again.
I had already purchased something (not cheap) then noticed a bracelet on display on my way out. I stood and stood at the jewelry counter with Ethan for over 10 minutes while the staff stood and chatted. I eventually went back over to the till to ask if I could buy a bracelet to be told only if I had the catalog number. I tried to explain that it was on display that I had seen it not in the book. After her huffing and still not moving from the till. I told her to forget it and I'd go elsewhere. This is while she was stood next to the manager (who didn't say a word) I'm seriously considering returning my purchase and getting it elsewhere x
Diabolical service! Unhelpful unfriendly staff, managers the worst she'll avoid you at all costs! Once they have your money they don't care! Got a present from my mam and it's useless so took it back, Argos won't swap, refund or anything so I'm left with a useless laptop I can't use! ARGOS YOU ARE THE SEWERS! NEVER GO THERE IF YOU VALUE ANYTHING!
