Good team of staff, very friendly and helpful. I hadn't realised that they are a franchise that don't share details on a specsavers system but they called up the Carlisle store and got my details updated on their system..
Great shop had to take my sons glasses in to get fixed. They fixed them and got them all cleaned up within about 5-10 minutes
Went for hearing test. Told i needed 2 hearing aids. A lot of money. In a room where you couldnt swing a cat. People talking outside which affected my heating test. Checked ay hospital. Didnt need hearing aids. Doctor says this happens all the time from specsavers. Not impressed
No longer go to specsavers, haven't been for years.
One of the best never go past them always satisfied staff all pleasant
