Sent 3 pairs of curtains via a agent in annan to this shop they all came back damaged rings missing or cut off and wedged back on. When dealing with complaint refused to pay for damage and were to be fair nothing but rude out of pocket now on curtains won't advise anyone to use this company or their agents poor work and service
Phoned at 9am this morning to a woman picking up the phone and asking "Is there a fire somewhere?"I'm sorry to bother you when your shop should be open but it is your job after all I'll just be taking my business elsewhere
