I would definitely not recommend Lindsay solicitors they are rude in there replies and lie on statements they seem like they dont care about your case and find them absolutely useless. I am now requesting my file to be sent to a different firm who hopefully should do a better job than Lindsay solicitors. Be warned Lindsay solicitors are a waste off time Ive wasted nea 12 month on them and got nowhere!!

I would just like to say that the service i have received from Lindsay Solicitors has been first class. I would highly recommend them.
Avoid - Avoid At All Costs. Do not trust, they have been noted to spy on former clients at the Dumfries Sheriff Court. withholding key evidence from ex clients leading to lying in court on evidence that was disclosed to themselves but not too the clients. Peeping round court room's doors to listen into ex clients private conversations in court rooms. Personally I find them very unhelpful and unkind.
