Ordered home delivery and the service was great delivered before allotted time which is always good driver was really friendly and the food as always was fantastic.
Ordered this after a long week and was really disappointed.Staying at the DGRI Staff Residences at the new hospital. First the delivery driver phoned me for directions, and turns out he had went to the old hospital, which I didn't mind as that was an easy mistake to make. I told him I was at the new hospital, and he said he'd be there within 5 minutes. 15 minutes later and I was still waiting, so I phoned him. He said that he had driven to the new hospital, had asked a random person about the residences, and was now back to the old hospital. If he had just phoned me at the new hospital, this could have been avoided. I had to tell him for a second time that I was at the new building, and wait for him to drive back a second time.So drivers route = old hospital --> new hospital --> back to old hospital --> new hospital.If he had phoned me at the new hospital instead of asking a random person, much of this could have been avoided. By the time my food finally arrived it was over half an hour late. Everything was cold and it all had to be reheated. The food tasted ok, but the chicken was really dry, almost to the point of not being edible, although reheating it probably didnt help. It was either that or eating it cold.Overall I am really disappointed. The I definitely will not be ordering here again. Im thinking of even looking into a refund, which I never do.
