Good variety of shops. Staff in all shops I use are always very friendly and helpful. I'd like to particularly praise staff at B&M. Staff particularly helpful in assisting frail or disabled customers. They go that step further than required and never make you feel you're a burden or taking up too much of their time.
Really handy just off the bypass, huge carpark with plenty of spaces.

It was homebase I visited because I was returning a faulty security light. The only problem I had was no receipt. However after some questions the guy accepted my explanation and I received another one as a replacement. I was a bit dubious at first but the guy was a real professional (Gary) and made me feel good about the whole affair. I will definitely be back to shop there in the future. Feel good factor 10 out of 10 for Gary.
