Nicely preserved traditional station, clean and tidy, and well kept. Glad to see it survives, unlike so many of Scotrails barren, sterile, windswept, bland tarmac strips! Plenty of canopy cover for shelter in harsher weather. Car parking for a nominal fee. Ticket office and waiting rooms, and a limited hours independent cafeteria. Kept gardens and hanging baskets.

As usual visits to certain things are subjective for instance I was visiting for a football game which my team won which is rewarding so my visit was par excellence
