I picked up a Fiat Camper Van in Blackpool and drove up to Dumfries for the night. The next day a warning light came on. No idea what was causing it so found the local dealer and drove around hoping to get some help .We were quickly put in touch with the service managerh. He immediately started looking at the van and found no immediate problem so he checked the oil, which was low. He proceeded to put at least a litre of oil in, maybe more. I went to go into the showroom to pay and he said, "no nead, I hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday". Wow, what service, to complete strangers to this dealership! Thank you very much. Now annoyed I didn't get the name of the chap who helped us! PS. I have been buying cars from my local BMW dealer for years. I recently had the same experience except it cost me 30......

Good staff but products are expensive.
Always polite and respectful to me here but they are always bikkering and arguing about something you can hear in the background.....Not the most pleasant feeling to have that your interloping on a Domestic
