Very pleasant experience
Only giving 1 star because I cant give 0! Unless youre buying a new car or have bought your car from them AVOID!!! Went in with my 8 year old Astra looking for a part and the staff couldnt have been less interested. How this lot have won so many customer service awards is beyond me!

Excellent Customer service from start to finish. Love my car and felt like a valued customer no job to small, no questions unanswered kept me informed throughout. Salesman Lee Austin is brilliant could not be more helpful, and handover was outstanding took his time and drove away with such confidence. I have now found a Car dealership I can trust, this is the 3 Vauxhall car Ive owned and will definitely go back to them in the future. Such a nice family run business that makes you feel rewarded, and so many personal little touches I can definitely recommend James Haugh they are the best in Dumfries, I was happy with price and trade in , and all they had to offer, explaination very clear and not to pushy, just informative. One very happy customer thank you Lee. 5 stars from me.
