Disgusting Customer ServiceI ordered 3 white boards, 3 erasers & 3 packs of magnetic tape. 1 whiteboard arrived with all 4 corners smashed and is totally unusable, the erasers and tape didn't arrive at all. Out of the 9 items I ordered, only 2 arrived and can be used.The company are refusing to refund for the damaged item even though the packaging was clearly insufficient.Would NEVER use them again.
AVOID!!!!.If i could give this company 0 stars i would. This company is probably the worst company i have ever dealt with and wish i'd went through staples or any other company. The website says amazing customer satisfaction......and can say its FAR from it. I just wish i had looked at google reviews before i placed an order. Placed the order on the 11/11/18 in which they took the money off instantly this is now the 8/1/19 and after several emails and a phone call. Still no desk.
Both chair and desk damaged. Chair needs to be replaced due to being dangerous and for the desk they have offered a 15 refund if I keep it. Absolutely derisory!The damage and inconvenience equates to more than 5% of the order value. Having belatedly checked the online reviews for this company it would appear this level of poor customer service is the rule as opposed to the exception.I wish I'd purchased from a more reputable business who does not treat its customers like some sort of cash-cow.Their customer service staff are obviously trained early on to abide by the company ethos of not really giving a ****.
I can honestly say this is the worst online company I have ever had to deal with. We ordered 2 chairs online and it said we would have to wait 10 days for delivery, this wasn't a problem, we actually waited 8 weeks for our goods to be delivered with no communication from on line office furniture. When they arrived they were badly damaged. 4 Weeks on I'm still waiting for my refund, Customer service is terrible and after having all of my money for over 3 months there is no offer of compensation. Don't touch them with a barge pole !!!!!
TOTALLY SHAMBOLIC OPERATION & SERVICE - AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!We were lied to by Gemma and William that our stock had been despatched on THREE separate occasions, when it hadn't even been picked. We were then told their courier had scanned it as 'next day' instead of 'am' however this was another lie, as it later transpired the stock had not even been picked! Receipted emails to customer service are not answered, despite being received by Keith Jardine. Disgusting service and not the first time they have got it wrong for us... but be assured this will be the last time. This supplier is now permanently delisted and we actively recommend anyone else thinks twice about giving them business.
