Completely ignored by sales staff. Went to Keswick fiat instead, far more helpful. Lillyhall dealership not Dumfries, not sure why it's displaying Dumfries, haven't been to that branch.
Probably the less said the better.Asked for a test drive and was told we would need to go to Ayr. Which in actual fact their branch at Carlisle could offer us a test drive and its lot closer garage.Also was told on two occasions that they would give us a phone call on any update. Now that was 2 months ago and still waiting for any phone call.Carlisle on the other hand couldn't be more helpful
Still no log book. They normally say is can take up to 6 weeks before you get your log book, however if after 2 weeks you still don't have it you should begin to worry. Well it's 6 weeks almost and I'm still without. Collecting the car I wasn't shown the log book, and having driven 2 hours to collect only told it had one key fob! So I said before taking it away I expect another key.. Which now apparently I can only progress when I have the log book! Which I still don't have. To add insult to further injury the car was still under finance for 3-4 weeks after sale even though I paid cash on the day. I feel I need get it finance checked again once the log book is finally in my name.
