Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Aberdour guest house has lovely staff, a wonderful dog named blue, a very comfortable bed and is in a great location. A three minute walk from the station, and a brief walk from everywhere else. It is, however, very basic. The WiFi Dropped out of me a lot, and the room, while acceptably clean, had a definite dust problem. Surfaces needed a thorough clean and polish, where most hotels wouldn't dare miss, it was really quite obvious. I also found a giant spider on my ceiling late at night, and that's not something you get in a properly cleaned room.

Really friendly staff and an excellent Scottish breakfast. Rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. A five minute walk from the town centre makes this an excellent hotel for the price. Only issue was the noise at night - gulls cause a racket and somebody left a radio on all night, went straight through the earplugs!
