Very clean rooms which seemed big for a Premier Inn. Looked like it was pretty new or recently refurbished. Friendly and efficient staff at the front desk.
The postcode took us to the wrong place completely. Reception very helpful. Room lovely and clean. Breakfast fantastic. Not enough charging points by the bed. No clock in the room, did have a hairdryer in the room.
I always stay at premier Inn can't fault it, however I recently stayed here and I complained it was too hot, the staff wasn't very helpful, even with the fan on and window open the thermostat still said 25 degrees and wouldn't go any lower. The staff didn't really care and said give it time. I had a very sleepless night, I don't think I will stay again
Receptionist didn't really want to help . When we asked about air con, she smiled and said hm nooo!, then informed my daughter and I we would have to go to one room then swap to another the next night. The attitude was awful it was very hot and we were obviously bothering her during her siesta !!!!!0
Here on business. Week and a half. Staff can't do enough for you. Always pleasant and happy. The attached restaurant, staff are amazing. So pleasant, even whilst under pressure. Food is good. Was on the meal deal so breakfast and 2 course dinner every evening. Some going over and above there duties. Good clean rooms. Power shower. Comfy bed. What else could you ask for. Will happily return.
